Destiny

God has prepared a plan for you. As you walk on the path he has designed for you, you may encounter some roadblocks, hardships, challenges, and trials.

Get past those things.

You will see the Lord’s glory and goodness when you don’t give up.

Keep going on the path and walk right into your destiny.

Trauma

Life is not easy for anyone. If you have experienced trauma, you have experienced pain that should not be ignored.

I don’t know if I’ll ever have it easy but I know I’ll have to be strong.

If I look at what other’s have and think they are doing better than me because I am lacking something, then I can lose gratitude.

Trauma only becomes traumatizing when we feed into those thoughts.

Learn from your experiences and use them for the better.

Walk in Purpose

God removes people from your life, on purpose.

Some of us have very important destinies, on purpose.

You are no longer where you used to be, on purpose.

You are separated from the past, on purpose.

Don’t go back to where God freed you from.

You will never reach where you’re trying to go.

Trust in God and his plans for you.

The enemy has people working for him in all areas and all places.

The good news is , he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

Be strong, courageous, and recognize the tricks of the devil.

You are wiser and smarter than you know.

Eventually you will understand your calling and the journey to your purpose.

Live joyfully in your purpose.

Live freely in your purpose.

On purpose.

Walk in purpose.

Adversity Brings Us Closer to Jesus

Sometimes I am reminded of my need for God when I am hurting the most.

Adversity that is meant to break you, will only make you stronger when your unto Jesus for safety.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower. All who run to Him are safe.

Instead of turning away, turn towards.

Turn towards.

You Call Me Lovely

When I don’t think I am good enough,

when I don’t think I’m worthy enough,

you remind me I am your master piece,

You call me lovely.

I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

I choose to see myself the way you see me.

As hard as it may be sometimes, I push to see pass the imperfections to see I am perfect in your eyes.

No amount of a man’s love can match your unconditional love.

Your love outweighs all. Your love endures forever.

When I call upon you, you answer me.

You are with me.

And best of all,

You call me lovely.

More Than Enough

Whenever I start to feel down about my circumstances and wish that I could be where I dream of being, I remember that God’s love for me is more than enough. I instantly remove myself from the pity party and remain focused on what is promised to me. So far, God has not disappointed me in anything. His promises come true always. It is up to me to recognize it at all times. We can be so easily blindsided by a wave of emotions that come out of nowhere. The enemy wants us to panic, feel alone, isolated, frustrated and everything opposite of peace. But Christ is the Prince of Peace. If He never gave us anything else but himself on the cross, we already would have more than enough.

Embarassed

Sometimes we put ourselves in situations that we should not be in.

Sometimes the heart behind the things we do, is not of the Lord’s.

Instead of embarrassing yourself, why not try to things that please God?

Why not try living the way He asks you to live?

Maybe then you won’t be embarrassed.

Mystery

Sometimes God asks us to do things that do not make any sense.

You should rejoice because you are most likely in His perfect will.

His ways and thoughts are higher than ours.

I have been in a mystery for several months now.

It does not make sense to me and is usually a situation where I would think logically.

I have to think by faith, believing there is a greater purpose than my human reasoning.

My flesh says this is crazy and I should not even entertain the idea, but my spirit says to stop running from God.

Running from God leads no where. Being in God’s will leads everywhere you are meant to be.

The mystery will be solved one day.

As for today, I’ll let God lead and follow by faith.

What to Choose

Ever think that you need something else to satisfy you even after God has already given you all you need. Raise a hand if that’s you. My hand is all the way lifted high because I know that’s me. I do this all the time. This week , he gave me two very different scenarios. One where I felt completely at peace and full of joy. Another where I felt so bad that I couldn’t eat all day. Which situation would you rather be in? I realize now that I have everything I need in Jesus. He has set me free. He has given me everything I need and will never bring me to a place where I feel unloved , unwanted, and not needed. His love is peace. His love brings joy and love. It never makes you feel alone. It never makes you feel less than. It always makes you feel whole, complete, loved. I realize I already have someone who loves me. Love them back. Love those who never treat you as less than but love you no matter what.

When You Don’t Know What To Do

You know that feeling when it feels like nothing makes sense. You wake up, do the same routine but it all starts to get mundane. You are looking for change when you have so much to do already. There are tasks and dreams God gives so we have a plan to follow. It is much easier to surrender to His will and stop trying to fight it.
